Terms and Conditions of Kitausaha Application

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Kitausaha application ("Application") provided by Semakode ("We", "Us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Application.

1. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application on your Android device solely for your MSME business internal use purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Application.

2. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• You represent and warrant that the information you provide to us is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Pro Features

• The Application offers paid features ("Pro") through a one-time purchase. This purchase will extend your Pro account's active period.

• Pro fees and duration are clearly displayed in the Application before purchase.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

• We reserve the right to change Pro prices and features at any time.

4. Data Usage

• The Application collects and stores inventory data, transactions, and other related information.

• This data is stored locally on your device and synchronized with our servers using Firebase.

• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve the Application, as well as for analytical purposes.

• We will not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Permissions

• The Application requires camera access for barcode scanning features.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages or losses whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Application.
