Inventory

Here's a guide to using the Inventory page

The inventory page consists of 4 main tabs that can be accessed through bottom navigation:

1. Dashboard

   • The first tab displays inventory summary/dashboard

   • Can be accessed by pressing the house icon on bottom navigation

2. Transactions

   • Shows list of stock in/out transactions

   • Transaction search feature

   • Filter by date range with calendar icon

   • Export data to Excel (pro feature)

   • Add new transaction with "+" floating button

   • Transaction details can be viewed by tapping on transaction item

3. Products

   • Shows list of products

   • Product search feature

   • Additional menus for product categories, units, and brands

   • Add new product with "+" floating button

   • Available/out of stock information on each product

   • Product details can be viewed by tapping on product item

4. Reports

   • Contains various types of inventory reports:

     • Transaction Summary

     • Low Stock

     • Excess Stock

     • Expired Stock

Each tab can be accessed by:

• Tapping on bottom navigation icon

• Swiping left/right on screen

This page makes it easy for users to manage inventory comprehensively from stock monitoring, transaction recording, product management to reporting.
