Transaction

Here's a guide for using the Cashier Transaction page

  1. Opening the Cashier Transaction Page

    • Open the Cashier menu from the main navigation

    • Select the "Transaction" tab on the bottom navigation bar

    • The page will display the list of cashier transactions

  2. Searching for Transactions

    • Use the search field at the top to search for transactions by invoice number

    • Type keywords and results will automatically filter

  3. Filter Transactions by Date

    • Press the calendar icon in the top right corner

    • Select the desired date range

    • The transaction list will update according to the selected date range

  4. Creating New Transactions

    • Press the "Add Transaction" button (floating button) at the bottom

    • The page will be divided into 3 tabs:

      a. Products Tab:

      • Search for products using the search field or scan barcode

      • Press product to add to cart

      • Adjust quantity with + and - buttons or type manually

      b. Cart Tab:

      • View list of selected products

      • Check total price and item count

      • Select special pricing if available (PRO)

      c. Payment Tab:

      • Choose payment method

      • Enter payment amount

      • View change/remaining payment

      • Select customer (optional, required if there's remaining payment)

      • Add notes if needed

      • Press "Save" to complete transaction

    • Press the "Add Transaction" button (floating button) at the bottom

    • The page will be divided into 3 tabs:

      a. Products Tab:

      • Search for products using the search field or scan barcode

      • Press product to add to cart

      b. Cart Tab:

      • View list of selected products

      • Check total price and item count

      • Select special pricing if available (PRO)

      c. Payment Tab:

      • Choose payment method

      • Enter payment amount

      • View change/remaining payment

      • Select customer (optional, required if there's remaining payment)

      • Add notes if needed

      • Press "Save" to complete transaction

  5. Viewing Transaction Details

    • Press a transaction item from the list to view details

    • The detail page will show complete transaction information

  6. Export Transaction Data (PRO)

    • Press the three dots button in the top right corner

    • Select "Export Excel"

    • Excel file will download with transaction data according to active filters

Additional Features:

  • "Cashier" label indicates transactions created through cashier module

  • "Debt/Receivable" label appears if transaction has remaining payment

  • Customer avatar will appear if transaction is associated with specific customer
