Below is a guide for using the Home page
How to Access the Inventory Dashboard
Open the application and enter the Inventory module
By default, you will directly see the Dashboard page (first tab with house icon)
Information Displayed on Dashboard
Inventory Summary
Total Price: Shows the total value of all item stock
Total Stock: The overall quantity of available items
Total Products: Number of registered product types
Low Stock (Total Low): Number of products with stock below minimum threshold
Soon to Expire (Total Expired): Number of products that will expire in the next 30 days
Weekly Statistics
Week Income: Total incoming stock transactions in the last 7 days
Week Outcome: Total outgoing stock transactions in the last 7 days
Graph: Displays visualization of stock movement (in and out) during the last 7 days
Additional Features
Dashboard data automatically updates every time you open the Dashboard tab
You can switch to other tabs using the bottom navigation bar:
Transaction: To view transaction history
Product: To manage product data
Report: To view inventory reports
Notes
Displayed data is real-time data from the database
The system will mark products with low stock based on minimum stock settings per product
Expiration warnings are calculated for products that will expire within the next 30 days
